YASMEEN’S MELTING MOMENTS
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ¾ cup cornflour
- ½ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add cornflour, vanilla and oil and beat.
Add flour and make into a soft dough.
Pipe onto baking tray.
Bake at 160 ºC for 15 minutes.
Decorate as you wish.
