VEGETABLE POWDER
Drying vegetables is also a way of preserving. Some recipes include onion or garlic powder. You can make your own garlic, onion, mushroom or any vegetable herb powder.

- mushrooms
- any other vegetable
Slice the vegetables and store somewhere where they can dry out.
When they are dried enough they should rustle like dried leaves when you go through them with your hands.
When completely dry, grind them with a coffee grinder or use a blender.
Store the dry powder in different jars.
