TUNA FISH CAKES WITH CHILLI

TUNA FISH CAKES WITH CHILLI

  • 170 g can tuna drained of all liquid
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 green chilli cut in small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon cumin/coriander mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • To coat:
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten

Mix all ingredients besides coating ingredients and make sure you have a smooth mixture.
Shape into fishcakes.
Dip in beaten egg, followed by breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. (not to hot)
