TUNA FISH CAKES WITH CHILLI
- 170 g can tuna drained of all liquid
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 green chilli cut in small pieces
- 1 teaspoon cumin/coriander mix
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
- ½ bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 egg
- oil for frying
- To coat:
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
Mix all ingredients besides coating ingredients and make sure you have a smooth mixture.
Shape into fishcakes.
Dip in beaten egg, followed by breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. (not to hot)
