TRACY’S 30 MINUTE CHICKEN AND PASTA MEAL

2 onions, chopped

3 chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces

250 g cream cheese

½ a packet of frozen spinach (about 8 balls)

½ packet macaroni (elbows )

salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 teaspoons Italian herbs

2 cups of grated cheese
Fry chopped onions till just golden, then add chopped chicken and fry again till golden.
Add the herbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix through.
Add frozen spinach, cream cheese and macaroni and cover with water so that the macaroni is just covered.
Cook till macaroni is tender, when sauce has reduced to a thick consistency, add your grated cheese and serve.
