TOMATO AND BASIL CHICKEN
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons of garlic
- 15 ml balsamic vinegar reduction
- salt and black pepper
- 1 pot of tomato basil pasta sauce
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- fresh basil leaves to garnish
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.
Spread some garlic over the chicken. Sprinkle the balsamic reduction over. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the pasta sauce over the chicken and top with the grated Parmesan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. It will depend on the size of your chicken pieces.
When done, remove from the oven and sprinkle over some fresh basil.
Serve with rice.
