TJAPTJOY GARNALEN / TJAPTJOY SHRIMPS
- 50 g garnalen
- 2 uien
- 1 teentje knoflook
- 1 halve winterpeen
- 2 paprika
- 100 g champignon
- 50 g taugee
- 20 g selderij
- 2 bouillon blokjes
- 2 teelepels sojasaus
- 2 teelepels oestersaus
- 1 teelepel maïzena
- 50 ml water
- zout
- olie
- Tjaptjoy shrimps
- 50 g of shrimp
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 half winter carrot
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 100 g mushrooms
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 20 g celery, chopped
- 2 stock cubes
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Maizena
- 50 ml water
- salt
- oil
Cut the onions into half rings.
Cut the carrot in half and into thin slices.
Cut the mushroom in slices.
Cut 1 clove of garlic into small pieces.
Put some oil in the pan.
Fry shrimp briefly.
Remove shrimp from the pan.
Fry the onion and carrot for a few minutes.
Stir in chopped garlic.
Add pepper.
Fry for a few minutes.
Add mushroom.
Fry for a few minutes.
Mix in 2 stock cubes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Add the shrimp.
Heat with the lid on the pan thoroughly.
Mix water with Maizena and add half of it to thicken the sauce slightly. Add some more if needed and cook through.
Add bean sprouts and celery and heat briefly.
