THE ULTIMATE CARNIVORE FLUFF BUNS

- 8 egg whites (no yolks in this one)
- 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, frozen
- Whisk your egg whites till stiff.
- Gently fold in the cup of frozen cheese.
- On a baking tray make balls of the dough.
- Bake on 160°C for around 20 to 30 min, or until crispy.
- Turn oven off, but open the door to allow the outside to crisp even more.
- Wait for them to cool completely before cutting.
