THE ULTIMATE CARNIVORE FLUFF BUNS

• 8 egg whites (no yolks in this one)
• 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, frozen
• Whisk your egg whites till stiff.
• Gently fold in the cup of frozen cheese.
• On a baking tray make balls of the dough.
• Bake on 160°C for around 20 to 30 min, or until crispy.
• Turn oven off, but open the door to allow the outside to crisp even more.
• Wait for them to cool completely before cutting.
