TANDOORI LAMB CHOPS

  • 1 kg of lamb chops
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon tumeric powder
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Wash and dry chops.
  • Add to a pot/frying pan with the sliced onion, slit chillies, salt, vinegar, ginger and garlic paste and 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  • Once nicely cooked for about 20 minutes, add rest of spices, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with chips, yellow dried potatoes or any veggie of choice.
