STIR FRIED RED CABBAGE WITH GINGER AND APPLE
- 1 kg of red cabbage
- 2 apples
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- oil
- 50 ml Japanese soy sauce
- 1 orange
- handful of raisins
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Cut the red cabbage into thin strips. Cut the apple into cubes. Peel the ginger.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the red cabbage with the apple and grate the ginger on top.
Sprinkle the raisins on top.
Deglaze with the soy sauce and grate the orange on top.
Season with salt and pepper and stir until the cabbage is al dente.
