SPAGHETTI AND BACON DISH

SPAGHETTI AND BACON DISH

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • ½ packet of bacon, cut in small blocks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tin of tomato soup
  • 1 tin of mealies
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Boil spaghetti and drain water.
Fry onion, green pepper and bacon.
Add tomato soup, mealies and tomato sauce and stir together.
Add salt and black pepper to taste and add grated cheese.
Stir on a low heat, add spagheti and mix well.
