SHANKEY’S STRAWBERRIES WITH ICE CREAM
- ½ tot Shankey’s whip dessert whiskey
- 8 strawberries
- 2 teaspoons icing sugar
- ice cream
Cut the strawberries and macerate strawberries with icing sugar and a dessert whiskey (I use Shankey’s Whip).
Spoon into 2 bowls.
Add ice cream.
Pour any remaining sauce over the ice cream.
Enjoy!
