SEEKH KEBABS

Home made seekh kebabs. Ideal for freezing.

  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 4 green chilli’s
  • handful of coriander

Wash and strain mince.
Add all other ingredients and blend in a food processor. Shape into long elongated shapes.
Freeze and use as required.
Can be fried in shallow oil or brushed with oil and braaied.
