SAVOURY TARTLETS
- 1 roll of frozen puff pastry, defrosted
- 3 chicken viennas (or bacon / left-over meat)
- 1 big tomato cut into small blocks
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- seasoning, to taste
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Unroll the puff pastry. Flatten with rolling pin, but do not make it too thin.
Cut circles and place dough in prepared patty pan tin.
Fill hollows with chopped viennas, tomatoes or anything else that takes your fancy.
Season to taste. Sprinkle grated cheeses on top.
Bake for 20 to 30 mins.
Makes 18 tartlets.
