ROCKET, PECAN- PINE NUT PESTO
- About 100 g rocket
- handful of pecan nuts
- handful pine nuts
- ¼ cup pecorino cheese, grated
- a few cloves of garlic, I used 4 or to taste
- pinch of black pepper
- olive oil
Place all ingredients in food processor, while the processor is running.
Drizzle in olive oil till desired consistency is reached.
Season to taste.
