ROAST POTATOES
You can use any potato spice for your roast potatoes.
- potatoes
- 60 ml oil
- aromat
- Ina Paarmans Potato Spice
- Ina Paarman Italian Cheese Spice
Set oven to 180°C.
Peal your potatoes and rinse it.
Cut into quarters.
Place it in a bowl and drizzle oil over the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Pour some oil in an ovenproof dish and place the potatoes in a single layer in the dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, take out and turn the potatoes.
Bake for another 15 – 20 minutes.
Take out of oven and serve.
