RICE CRISPY SQUARES

RICE CRISPY SQUARES

  • 3 ½ tablespoons margarine (60 g)
  • 4 cups Rice Crispies (130 g)
  • 30 marshmallows (there are 36 in a 250 g pack)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt margarine, add marshmallows and stir over low heat until mixture is blended.
Remove mixture from heat, add vanilla and Rice Crispies and stir well.
Press mixture into well greased cake tin.
Leave to cool.
Cut into squares.

Nota:
My dogter het dit gemaak en het bakpapier onder in die pan gesit en nie die pan gesmeer nie en ook ‘n stukkie bakpapier met spray-n-cook gespuit en dit gebruik om die mengsel stywer in die pan vas te druk, so die malvalekker het nie aan haar hande vasgesit nie.
