PUFF PASTRY SNACK PIZZA
Quick and easy snack before guests come over.
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- cranberry jelly
- Camembert cheese, cut into thin strips
- pizza sauce of your choice
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
Lay one sheet pastry on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Poke the pastry with a fork to prevent it to puff while it bakes.
Spread the cranberry jelly evenly on the pastry and put the Camembert cheese on top of the jelly.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200ºC, until golden brown and the pastry is baked through. (more or less for 20 minutes)
The second sheet pastry, we made a pizza in the same style, I just used pizza sauce and Mozzarella cheese on top.
