PORK STEAKS WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE

PORK STEAKS WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE

Pork steaks with teriyaki sauce, garlic and sushi ginger.
Oven roasted veggies and some ice cold beer.

  • The sauce is:
  • 1 whole clove of garlic, roughly cut into disks
  • ½ cup of real butter melted and add garlic and some
  • chopped pink sushi ginger
  • herbs and spices
  • salt and black pepper
  • Teriyaki sauce, to taste

Cook on a low heat till garlic is soft. Add some salt, black pepper to taste and finish off with dark thick teriyaki sauce.

Pork Steaks:
Use a good fatty cut of pork and score the fat.
Heat up a griddle pan till it’s smoking. Rub a little olive oil on your pork and fry till just done. Make sure you don’t cook your pork to long as this will make it tough and dry.
Mix any vegetables in an over tray and coat with a mixture of olive oil and real butter.
Add herbs and other spices to suit.
Roast veggies, but keep them al dente.
Plate up and cover pork steak with sauce.
