PILCHARDS FISHCAKES
- 1 can pilchards in tomato sauce, mashed
- 2 slices of white bread, grinded to crumbs
- 1 small onion, grated
- ½ cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- chillies, to taste, optional and cut up
Mix all together, drop and fry spoonfuls in medium heated oil until cooked.
