PAN FRIED PRAWNS

PAN FRIED PRAWNS

  • 500 g prawns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt to taste

Wash, clean, de-vein and butterfly the prawns and set aside.
Add all other ingredients to a pan. When the mixture is sizzling, just add the prawns and fry each side for about 2 to 3 minutes.
