PAN FRIED POTATOES

My old time favourite side dish. Quick, easy and tasty!

  • 3 large potatoes, cut in thin slices or cubed if preferred
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 green chillies, slit

Slice potatoes and mix with all ingredients except oil.
Put the oil in the pan, place marinated potatoes in and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until soft.
