OVEN-BAKED CANDIED MAPLE PECANS
- 200 g pecan nuts
- 80 g maple syrup
- 15 g butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Put all of the ingredients, except for the nuts, in pot and heat until butter is melted.
Add nuts to syrup and stir until they are completely covered.
Put on baking paper and spread it out evenly.
Bake at 170 °C for 10 minutes.
Stir nuts around and bake another 5 min.
Enjoy as snack or in pudding.
