ONION RELISH FOR HOTDOGS OR BOEREWORS ROLLS
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 125 ml hotdog sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce (more if you like it hot!)
- salt and pepper to taste
Fry onions and garlic in the butter.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the sauces.
Cook through.
Serve on hotdog rolls with the sausage of your choice.
