MULBERRY JAM TART
Recipe: Alet Murray
- 2 packets Tennis biscuits
- 1 tin caramel condensed milk
- 500 ml jam

- Pack a layer of tennis biscuits, then cover it with caramel condensed milk, followed by a layer of mulberry jam. Repeat until you have about three layers.
- Cover and store in fridge overnight. Garnish with whipped cream.
