MULBERRY JAM TART

Recipe: Alet Murray

  • 2 packets Tennis biscuits
  • 1 tin caramel condensed milk
  • 500 ml jam

  • Pack a layer of tennis biscuits, then cover it with caramel condensed milk, followed by a layer of mulberry jam. Repeat until you have about three layers.
  • Cover and store in fridge overnight. Garnish with whipped cream.
