MINI LEMON AND MASCARPONE TARTLETS
- 75 g Mascarpone cheese
- 15 ml lemon curd
- mini pastry tartlet cases
- raspberries
- icing sugar for dusting
Beat together the Mascarpone cheese and lemon curd until smooth. Pipe or spoon into the cases. Top each one with a raspberry. Dust with little icing sugar and serve.
