MILK FUDGE
Since the previous fudge came out so devine and delicious I felt brave and whipped up a different batch. These are so creamy!
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- ½ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
Bring all the ingredients to a boil, stir to make sure all the sugar is dissolved.
Once the mixture has reduced to about a quarter of the amount the mixture should be ready.
Take off the heat and mix with a hand mixer till very thick.
Pour in a prepared dish.
Let set and cut into desired size blocks.
