MICROWAVE MILK TART

MICROWAVE MILK TART

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Use the condensed milk can to measure:
  • 1 can of milk
  • 2 cans of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons Maizena
  • pinch of salt
  • Crust:
  • 1 packet of Tennis biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • cinnamon
Made a crust from a packet of Tennis biscuits crushed and mixed with 100 g of butter that has been melted.
Press onto the bottom of a tart dish to form the crust.
Place all the ingredients for the filling in a microwave bowl, mix and microwave for 7 minutes on high.
Mix through and microwave for 5 minutes.
Mix again and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix through and pour into the bowl lined with Tennis biscuits.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve at room temperature.
