MICROWAVE MILK TART

- 1 can of condensed milk
- Use the condensed milk can to measure:
- 1 can of milk
- 2 cans of hot water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons Maizena
- pinch of salt
- Crust:
- 1 packet of Tennis biscuits
- 100 g butter
- cinnamon
- Made a crust from a packet of Tennis biscuits crushed and mixed with 100 g of butter that has been melted.
- Press onto the bottom of a tart dish to form the crust.
- Place all the ingredients for the filling in a microwave bowl, mix and microwave for 7 minutes on high.
- Mix through and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Mix again and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Mix through and pour into the bowl lined with Tennis biscuits.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve at room temperature.
