MASH POTATO AND CHEESE WAFFLES
- 2 cups left over mashed potato
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar, more for topping, optional
- chopped ham
- 1 small onion, diced
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice
- sour cream for serving, optional
Mix it all together and bake it in a waffle maker till done.
