MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE DELIGHT CAKE
- 5 eggs
- 1½ cups of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2½ cups of cake flour
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- whipped cream
Cream eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla essence until light and fluffy.
Siff the flour and baking powder together.
Add the sifted flour mix and milk to the egg mix and mix until smooth.
Spoon the batter into 2 x 20 cm prepared baking tins.
Bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes.
Turn the cakes out on a cooling rack and let it cool completely.
Layer the two cake layers with cream and cut up marshmallows in the middle and on the top of the cake.
Sprinkle with chocolate or decorate as prefer.
