MARELIZE’S SMOKED CHICKEN AND EGG PANCAKE

MARELIZE’S SMOKED CHICKEN AND EGG PANCAKE

  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • dash of water, to break down the protein
  • 52 g of smoked chicken
  • pinch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g of white Cheddar
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 2 teaspoons of  light margarine, for spreading on toast

Mix egg, smoked chicken and parsley and fry in non-stick pan, flipping once till cooked.
After flipping sprinkle cheese over top.
Serve on two slices of toast.
