MARELIZE’S SMOKED CHICKEN AND EGG PANCAKE
- 2 eggs, whisked
- dash of water, to break down the protein
- 52 g of smoked chicken
- pinch of parsley
- salt and pepper
- 20 g of white Cheddar
- 2 slices of brown bread
- 2 teaspoons of light margarine, for spreading on toast
Mix egg, smoked chicken and parsley and fry in non-stick pan, flipping once till cooked.
After flipping sprinkle cheese over top.
Serve on two slices of toast.
