LOW CALORIE CHICKEN CURRY
- 604 g boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ml butter chicken paste
- 5 ml turmeric
- 1 tin coconut milk lite
- 2 cups whole wheat macaroni, cooked
Brown the onion and chicken a bit. Add butter chicken paste and turmeric. Add potato cubes.
Pour over coconut milk and some water. Bring to a simmer.
Add the macaroni. Cook until the chicken and macaroni is cooked.
A 600 g serving is 597 calories. I fed 3 people with this.
