LEMON PEPPER PEANUTS
- 1 cup mixed unsalted peanuts (you can use any variety of nut)
- ¼ cup sweetner (you can use sugar if preferred)
- 1 ½ teaspoons lemon pepper
In a large pan, combine the nuts and sweetner / sugar over medium high heat.
Stir until the sweetner / sugar melts completely (about 5 – 7 minutes).
Lower the heat and stir in the lemon pepper.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper on a cooling rack and spread out.
Allow to cool. Store in a tightly-sealed container.
