LEMON CHEESE CAKE ICE CREAM
- 500 ml full cream
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 tub smooth full cream cheese
- 500 ml homemade lemon curd
Whip cream till stiff.
Mix the other ingredients together and fold into the cream.
Whip again to make sure it’s smooth.
Add some grated lemon zest if you want to up the flavour.
Freeze till set.
