LEKKER PIESANG- EN HAWERMOUTMUFFINS

Lekker piesang- en hawermoutmuffins gebak. Dis vinnig en maklik en ook vullend. Warm met so bietjie botter op saam ‘n koppie tee.”

  • 2 koppies koekmeel
  • 2 eiers
  • 1 koppie hawermout
  • 2 teelepels bakpoeier
  • 1 koppie melk
  • 5 eetlepels botter, gesmelt
  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 1 teelepel fyn kaneel
  • ½ teelepel koeksoda
  • ½ teelepel sout
  • 2 piesangs, fyngedruk
  • 2 eetlepels appelkooskonfyt
  • 2 teelepels vanilla geursel
  • 1 koppie suiker
  • 1 eetlepel heuning

Meng alles saam en skep in voorbereide kolwyntjie- of muffin panne.
Bak vir 20 – 25 minute by 180 °C.
