LEFTOVER KFC CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SOUP
This will make a big amount of soup and it is very filling.
- 5 or 6 pieces chicken deboned and shredded
- ½ cup frozen peas
- ½ cup frozen corn
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 packet cream of chicken soup
- 2 packets sliced button mushrooms (optional)
- salt and white pepper to taste
Add all ingredients except the peas and corn to a pot and bring to a boil.
Adjust thickness of soup as desired by adding more water or milk.
Add peas and corn and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
