LEVT OVER OXTAIL SAUCE
Ever wondered what to do with left over sauce after you devoured all the meat from cooked oxtail?
Place a Silicone Muffin Pan on a tray and pour the sauce into it.
Freeze overnight, then in Ziploc bags, back in the freezer.
Ideal for oxtail stock to make quick gravy for mash or putu pap.
