KETO CHEEZ-ITZ

- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup almond flour
- pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder smoked paprika, optional
- Start by preheating your oven to 175°C and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese with the almond flour and salt.
- If you want a little extra flavor, you can add the garlic powder or smoked paprika.
- Mix everything together until it forms a dough.
- Roll the dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper, about 3 mm thick.
- Cut the dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Use a toothpick to poke a little hole in the center of each square to give it that classic Cheez-It look.
- Transfer the squares to your baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy.
- Let them cool completely to crisp up even more and enjoy your homemade keto Cheez-Itz.
