KETO CHEDDAR “SCONES”

Reminds me of a scone texture, and yes I love them so.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then stir in cheddar, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and black pepper until the mixture is smooth.
  • Portion the dough into 10 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
