KETO CHEDDAR “SCONES”

Reminds me of a scone texture, and yes I love them so.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 230°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then stir in cheddar, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and black pepper until the mixture is smooth.
Portion the dough into 10 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
