KETO CHEDDAR “SCONES”

Reminds me of a scone texture, and yes I love them so.
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ¼ cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 230°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then stir in cheddar, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and black pepper until the mixture is smooth.
- Portion the dough into 10 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
