JENNIFER’S DELICIOUS KEBABS
- To put on skewers:
- pork and chicken pieces
- red, yellow and green peppers
- small mushrooms
- onions
- For sauce:
- ½ cup each of apple cider vinegar and Mrs Balls chutney
- ¼ teaspoon each of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 cup sweet barbeque sauce
Mix the sauce ingredients.
It is better to marinade the meat first before putting onto skewers (1 hr).
Put your kebabs together as per the photo.
Put back in marinade until time to braai.
When on the braai, baste the kebabs with the left over sauce.
