JELLY NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
- 2 boxes of jelly, your choice of flavours
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 1 packet biscuits, crushed
- 125 g butter, melted
Add melted butter to crushed biscuits and layer in a serving dish to form a crust.
Freeze for ½ hour.
Combine 1 cup of boiling water with ½ tub of cream cheese and 1 packet of jelly.
Mix using an electric beater. Layer on your biscuits and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make the 2nd jelly exactly like the first and put back in the freezer for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and stack 1 square on top of another to serve.
Can be eaten with fresh cream, ice cream or custard.
