HOME MADE NANDO’S SAUCE
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 red jalepeno
- 2 red bird eye chillies
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- few coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Blend all the ingredients together and transfer it to a bottle.
Ready to serve with savouries or marinate your chicken.
