GEM SQUASH WITH MARSHMALLOW
“Squash can be so bland at times; so here is my recipe to spice it up a bit.”
- gem squash, cut in half
- pink marshmallows
- butter
- peas, boiled in water
- salt, to taste
Cut squash in half.
Remove the seeds.
Boil squash for five minutes in water or until just soft.
Strain extra water and place the squash in die pot with the open side up.
Add ½ teaspoon butter in each.
Add two pink marshmallows on top of the butter and some peas.
Put the lid on the pot and steam for extra 10 minutes and serve.
