GEELRYS MET ROSYNE

  • 750 ml water
  • 250 ml rou rys
  • 5 ml borrie
  • 5 ml sout
  • 125 ml pitlose rosyntjies
  • 5 ml botter, opsioneel

Kook die rys in die water vir 10 minute.
Voeg die borrie en sout by en kook vir ‘n nog tien minute tot gaar.
Voeg die rosyntjies by en verhit vir ‘n verdere twee minute.
Bedien saam met bobotie.
