GARLIC ROLLS WITH A TWIST

- 6 store bought rolls, cut into quarters
- 1 cup of milk
- 100 g of melted butter
- handful of chopped rosemary or any herbs of choice
- 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 1 cup of grated cheese of choice
- Melt the butter and stir in salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
- Layer a casserole dish with the rolls.
- Pour a cup of milk over the rolls.
- Next pour the butter mixed over the rolls.
- Followed by a cup of fresh cream spread on top.
- Lastly add a cup of grated mozzarella or gouda cheese if preferred or mix both.
- Bake at 180 ºC for 10 minutes.
