GARLIC ROLLS WITH A TWIST

  • 6 store bought rolls, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • handful of chopped rosemary or any herbs of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 1 cup of grated cheese of choice
  • Melt the butter and stir in salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
  • Layer a casserole dish with the rolls.
  • Pour a cup of milk over the rolls.
  • Next pour the butter mixed over the rolls.
  • Followed by a cup of fresh cream spread on top.
  • Lastly add a cup of grated mozzarella or gouda cheese if preferred or mix both.
  • Bake at 180 ºC for 10 minutes.
