FUDGE

Dis sagte tipe wat wegsmelt, as ek hardes maak dan add ek kwart teelepel kremetart of 1 teelepel asyn as mengsel halfpad gekook is, en dan is my botter 100 ml ipv 200 ml.

  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 200 ml butter (wooden spoon)

Boil for 25 minutes at 120ºC (medium heat) on the stove, while stirring continuously.
Beat for 7 minutes with an electrical beater.
Pour out and cut when it’s cooled down.
