FRUIT SALAD WITH CHILLI LIME SALT

Fruit salad, but the very first thing you need is chili lime salt. We are 5 people.

  • 1 punnit each:
  • diced mango
  • diced paw paw
  • diced water melon
  • diced pineapple
  • Add:
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 orange
  • chili lime salt

Place the mango, paw paw, water melon and pineapple in a bowl.
Dice the half cucumber and add to the fruit.
Slice the orange in half and then slice thinly.
Tuck the slices around the sides of the bowl and squeeze over a little of the juice.
Dust with the chili lime salt.
(Keep in the fridge until serving)
