FROZEN PINEAPPLE
Peel and slice your pineapples in rings. Core.
Arrange on a tray 2 slices on top of each other. Freeze overnight.
Take out and put in ziploc bags and immediately back in the freezer.
You can then take out as needed, cut into pieces for tarts or sweet and sour pork or chicken, small pieces for sambal, salads, stir fries, etc.
Fry pineapple rings in little butter with sugar and chilli flakes for burgers.
Tastes like fresh.
Put gloves on your hands the peeling as the acid will burn you!
