FLUFFY PROTEIN BREAD

- 1 cup egg white powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cottage cheese, blended
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
- Mix the egg white powder and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. (It takes about 5 minutes)
- Fold in the blended cottage cheese.
- Pour it in a greased, parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Take it out, let it cool and enjoy!
