FLUFFY PROTEIN BREAD

  • 1 cup egg white powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, blended
  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
  • Mix the egg white powder and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. (It takes about 5 minutes)
  • Fold in the blended cottage cheese.
  • Pour it in a greased, parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Take it out, let it cool and enjoy!
