ELIZE’S STICKY CHICKEN WINGS

  • 125 ml soya sauce
  • 45 ml honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, chopped finely
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • 60 ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 60 ml Durky sauce
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 12 – 16 chicken wings

Mix all ingredients except the chicken wings in a large saucepan.
Add chicken wings and over medium flame, heat until sauce start to boil.
Reduce heat and slowly cook for +-29 minutes until chicken wings are done and caramelized.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy with chunky potato wedges.
