ELIZE’S STICKY CHICKEN WINGS
- 125 ml soya sauce
- 45 ml honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 cm fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1 whole red chilli
- 60 ml sweet chilli sauce
- 60 ml Durky sauce
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 12 – 16 chicken wings
Mix all ingredients except the chicken wings in a large saucepan.
Add chicken wings and over medium flame, heat until sauce start to boil.
Reduce heat and slowly cook for +-29 minutes until chicken wings are done and caramelized.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy with chunky potato wedges.
