ELIZE’S SPICY SWEETCORN BAKE
Just a little bit of spice to your “oh! …. so ordinary” sweetcorn-bake will make such a big difference.

- 1 x 410 g can cream style sweetcorn
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cake flour
- 7 ml baking powder
- 2.5 ml paprika
- 1 ml cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray an ovenproof dish of 18 – 20 cm diameter with Spray and Cook and pour mixture into dish.
Bake for 45 min or until golden in colour.
Serve warm or cold.
